Prohibited and Restricted Products Policy

It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that all proposed products comply with applicable legal requirements before being listed on the sales platform and are approved for listing and sale in accordance with the terms and policies of Globiq Mall.

For the convenience of sellers, Globiq Mall provides below a non-exhaustive guide to prohibited and restricted products that are not allowed to be sold on Globiq Mall. This guide may be updated from time to time, and sellers are encouraged to review it regularly.

Violation of Globiq Mall’s Terms of Service

If you violate this Prohibited and Restricted Products Policy, the seller may be subject to adverse actions, including but not limited to:

● Removal of listed products or related information

● Restriction of account permissions

● Suspension or termination of seller accounts

● Freezing of account funds or direct deduction of funds to compensate Globiq Mall for losses, if applicable

● Legal action

List of Prohibited and Restricted Goods

(1) Fake Guns, Military Equipment, and Dangerous Weapons

● Guns, ammunition, weapons, and imitation weapons

● Devices capable of temporarily incapacitating individuals or causing serious physical harm

● Firearms, ammunition, weapons-related equipment, accessories, auxiliary products, and counterfeit handicrafts

● Regulated knives, crossbows, swinging staves, darts, axes, blow darts, bleeding groove knives, and similar implements

● Electric shock devices and potentially harmful self-defense tools such as sprays

● Police and military uniforms, insignia, equipment, and related products

Products or information related to religion-based hatred, racism, or anti-religious extremism

(2) Flammable, Explosive, and Toxic Chemicals and Drugs

● Flammable or explosive materials

● Highly toxic chemicals

● Medicines, medicinal ingredients, medicinal chemicals, and narcotic drugs

● Fireworks and firecrackers

● Hazardous chemicals prohibited under national or regional regulations

● Smoking tools and accessories

● Documents or books describing the manufacture of flammable or explosive materials

(3) Content Endangering National Security, Political or Social Stability

● Reactionary, extremist, terrorist, separatist, or state-secret-related content

● Materials undermining national unity, sovereignty, or social stability

● Content promoting racism, religious extremism, superstition, or heresy

● Products or information distorting or denying historical facts or national honor

● Political books, confidential materials, or publications not approved for distribution

● Prohibited or unauthorized stamp products

(4) Pornographic, Vulgar, or Sexually Stimulating Products

● Pornographic or obscene audio-visual content

● Prostitution, escort, or pimping services

● Adult website accounts or invitation codes

● Aphrodisiacs, consciousness-altering substances, or illicit sex-related products

Pornographic software, images, or violent and vulgar media

● Vulgar or obscene internet products

(5) Products or Services Involving Personal Safety or Privacy

● Surveillance, spying, or privacy-stealing software or devices

● Illegal recording or filming equipment

● ID card reading or duplication devices

● Password cracking tools or hacking services

● Sale or disclosure of personal data or internal corporate information

● Sale or recycling of used or expired bank cards

● Vehicle accessories that pose traffic safety risks

(6) Medicines and Medical Equipment

● Psychotropic drugs, anesthetics, poisons, radioactive drugs, stimulants

● Unapproved or unregistered drugs or blood products

● Medical devices or equipment sold without regulatory approval

● Injectable cosmetic products such as whitening, slimming, or filler injections

(7) Unauthorized Services and Tickets

● Forged or altered documents, seals, or certificates

● Invoices or customs documents used for refunds or illegal purposes

● Unannounced national examinations

Superstitious services (e.g. fortune-telling, feng shui rituals)

● Traffic violation agency services

● Exam-writing or academic cheating services

● Artificial popularity, traffic, or voting manipulation services

● Legal, medical, psychological, or financial consulting services without authorization

● Public securities, lotteries, or gambling-related services (unless legally permitted)

(8) Animals, Plants, and Wildlife Products

● Human organs or remains

● Protected or endangered animals or plants and their derivatives

● Wildlife specimens, fossils, or protected species products

● Electric fishing equipment

● Dog or cat meat, shark fins, bear bile, and related products

(9) Software, Tools, or Equipment for Illegal Activities

● Smuggling, theft, robbery, or gambling tools

● Exam cheating devices and illegal vehicle modification tools

● Signal jamming or interception equipment

● Hacking, cracking, or fraud software

● Traffic control evasion products

● Pyramid scheme-related goods or services

(10) Commodities Violating Administrative Regulations

● Counterfeit currency or printing equipment

● Cultural relics sold in violation of heritage laws

● Products from unqualified manufacturers

● Recalled, expired, or unsafe products

● Goods violating national labeling, ingredient, or certification standards

Unauthorized telecom services or SIM products

● Export-banned goods

● Products requiring government authorization without approval

● Any product deemed unsuitable for sale by Globiq Mall

Additional Provisions

In addition to the above, any item that is illegal, restricted, or prohibited from import or export in the buyer’s or seller’s jurisdiction is not permitted for sale.

For products requiring special licenses or permits, sellers must submit supporting documentation to Globiq Mall in advance. Sellers are solely responsible for verifying buyer eligibility where applicable. Globiq Mall assumes no responsibility in this regard.

If you encounter a listing that violates Globiq Mall policies, please report it via the “Report this product” or “Report this user” feature on the platform. Globiq Mall will notify sellers of violations via email, system messages, and push notifications, and affected listings may be removed.
